Eid Al Adha Khutbah 1429 H /2008 - Sermon (14): First Sermon: Al Eid - Second Sermon: Man is his own enemy.

In the Name of Allah, The Most Gracious, Most Merciful

First khutbah (Sermon):

Allaho Akbar (Allah is The Greatest), Allaho Akbar, Allaho Akbar, Allaho Akbar, Allaho Akbar, Allaho Akbar, Allaho Akbar, Allaho Akbar, Allaho Akbar indeed He is, and praise be to Him abundantly, and Glory and praise be to Allah day and night.
Praise be to Allah! O Allah, our Lord! Grant peace and blessings to Sayyidina Muhammad, upon his Family and his Companions, his descendants and all those who allied with him and followed and be pleased with them and us O Lord of the worlds.
And I testify that there is no god but Allah Alone, and that He has no partners.
Lead us out from the depths of darkness and illusion unto the lights of erudition and knowledge, and from the muddy shallows of lusts unto the heavens of Your Vicinity.

Different concepts of Eid:

1- The religious concept:

Dear brothers, we are now living  Eid Al Adha days, and for Muslims, Eid is a religious occasion and one of Islam’s rituals.
Eid embraces great wisdoms, glorious concepts and wonderful secrets due to which we are distinguished from other nations in their own celebrations.
Dear brothers, first of all, Eid in its religious meaning is a way to thank Allah for helping us to complete an act of worship and for being guided to Islam.
Allah says:

﴾ (He wants that you) must complete the same number (of days), and that you must magnify Allah [i.e. to say Takbir (Allahu-Akbar; Allah is the Most Great) on seeing the crescent of the months of Ramadan and Shawwal] for having guided you so that you may be grateful to Him.﴿

This is the religious concept.

2- The humanitarian concept:

Eid in its humanitarian concept is an occasion in which the power of the rich and the weakness of the poor are combined together for the sake of loving Allah and seeking His Mercy and Just. It is an occasion in which people become charitable, benevolent and generous.During Ramadan (Eid Al Fitr) they pay the alms, while after Hajj (Eid Al Adha) they give their sacrifices (of animals).

3- The psychological concept:

Eid in its psychological concept is a period of time to which the souls long in order to have a break from their daily routines, in which bodies dwell and due to which needs are met.

4- The chronological concept:

Eid in its chronological concept is a period of time during which worries are forgotten and diligent efforts take recreation.

5- The social concept:

Dear brothers, Eid in its social concept is but a few days during which children spend their time in joy and happiness, the poor people’s needs are met by the generosity of the rich, the kin ties are strengthened, Muslims visit and forgive one another, friends rejuvenate the affection and closeness they   have, the generous selves let go of their grudge and purify the relations from all flaws and souls come together after being troubled.

Eid is an opportunity to rejuvenate the social bonds between people:

Eid is an occasion on which the social bond is rebuilt on a solid ground of love, faithfulness and brotherhood.
Eid brings joy and affability to souls and it brings relaxation to bodies.
Among the several social purposes of Eid is that it reminds the members of the society about the rights of those who are weak and helpless so that the joy would embrace every house and reach every family.
This purpose is met through Sadaqet Al Fitr (in Eid Al Fitr) and through sacrificing animals in Eid Al Adha. Giving to the poor before and during Eid is an opportunity for the generous hands to be benevolent in order to draw a smile on every mouth, and to fill every heart with pleasure.
Dear brothers, in Eid the wretched are able to find happiness, the underprivileged’s needs are met and the poor can taste the delicacy of life.
In Eid, the lost souls can find their way to goodness, and the ungenerous hands become benevolent.
In Eid there are rules,  by which people   suppress their desires, there is wisdom through which the minds are nourished, there are secrets because of which souls are purified, there are good examples of offering goodness, there are morals which disclose facts, there is   space for equality to be applied to people of all walks of life, there are purposes of mending social flaws and there are practical lessons to be learnt about sacrifice, selflessness and affection.

Eid is a competition in doing charities and good deeds:

The virtue of faithfulness shows its best sides in Eid which brings the hearts together and fills them with affection as if the Eid is able to make one family out of a whole nation.
In Eid souls come together as if the whole country is one house.
In Eid people are brought back to their good nature and the emotions are projected.
There is serenity and there is calmness in Eid. In addition there is glorification to Al Wahid Al Qahhar (The One Who is Victorious over any opposition) and there is remoteness from all the ways which lead to destruction and hellfire.
Eid is a race field to offer goodness and it is a competition of all sorts of noble deeds.
Dear brothers, what proves the greatness of Eid is that Islam makes both Eids (Al Fitr and Al Adha) after two important acts of worship (  Ramadan and Hajj) which are rituals of great spiritual influence on souls and important social effects. Needless to mention that they are occasions of offering good deeds and of being benevolent, merciful and generous which leaves deep impact on individual and communal religious education.
Dear brothers,   Ramadan and  Hajj are followed by Eid Al Fitr and Eid Al Adha in Islam, and this means that the Muslim expresses (in Eid) his happiness of Allah’s acceptance to him after offering those two great acts of worship:

﴾ Say: "In the Bounty of Allah, and in His Mercy (i.e. Islam and the Qur'an); -therein let them rejoice." That is better than what (the wealth) they amass. ﴿

[Yunus, 58]

In Eid the believer shows his happiness for obeying Allah, for being guided to Him, for feeling close to Him and for getting the help from Allah to be able to offer this act of worship.

The prophet encouraged Muslims to do good deeds in Eid:

Dear brothers, there is a Divine Bond bestowed upon Muslims in Eids so that they will become as one and this reveals the reality of Islam.
The prophet PBUH encouraged Muslims to offer good deeds during the two Eids, to strengthen their kin ties and to feed the poor and the wretched.
Dear brothers, we may overlook the fact that maintaining kin ties is one of the greatest acts of transactional worship, given Allah promised believers who maintain their kin ties, abundant provision and long life ( in the sense of spending life in offering good deeds).
Dear brothers, even the bite of food you put in your wife’s mouth is considered as Sadaqa, and on the Day of Judgment it will turn into a mass of good deeds as big as Uhud Mountain. We were told so by the prophet PBUH.
Eid in Islam is but beauty, glory, completion, relations, communications, heartedly cheerfulness, spiritual ease, pleasantness and remoteness from blues, as if Eid is a fresh youth or blossom twig in spring.

Rejoicing Eid is mandatory:

You should rejoice in Eid no matter how many  problems  the nation has, because rejoicing in Eid is Fard (obligation).
You should also bring happiness to the hearts of those around you whether they are children or a faithful wife.
Those who annoy others in Eid are as far from Islam as the earth is   from the sky.
Eid is but a few days of joy during which people eat, drink, meet their relatives, strengthen their kin ties and get closer to Al Wahid Al Dayyan (The One and The Judge).
The day of Eid is not like any other day which starts from dawn to dusk, but it is a special day in which joy embraces everyone, needs are met, broken ties are mended and relations with those around you are enhanced.
Allah says:

﴾ So fear Allah and adjust all matters of difference among you ﴿

[Al-Anfal, 1]

Every order in the Quran is  obligatory.
Scholars interpreted the Ayah as follows: adjusting all matters of difference means to mend the connection between you and Allah. Other scholars interpreted it as follows: to mend the connection between you and other people.
Accordingly, the believer has two  obligations: one towards Allah (in the sense of worshiping, obeying, and loving and seeking Allah’s pleasure) and one towards people.
Islam never puts man in a shell or deprives him from life; on the contrary, Islam is about giving.
By following the straight path of Allah and by offering good deeds you will gain happiness, given the days of Eid are days of offering good deeds, visiting others, calling others to Allah, reminding one another and enduring:

﴾  Endure and be more patient (than your enemy) ﴿

[Aal-‘Imran, 200]

They are days of giving, cheerfulness, affection and love.

Eid is about communicating and exchanging advices:

Dear brothers, unfortunately, people turned Eid into rituals of eating sweets, wearing new clothes and exchanging postcards.
One of them may pay another person a visit hoping that he will not find him and he is ready to leave a note  at his door.
One of them eats, drinks, relaxes and offers social duties for the sake of formalities.
This is not the purpose of Eid, for Eid is all about communicating with others, and visiting relatives who one might not visit for a whole year, and it is about being keen on doing so.
I admire some Islamic states where Muslims divide the city into four quarters, and throughout the 4 days of Eid, every quarter has one day to stay home in order to receive people. This makes visits  genuine  and this gives an opportunity  for the family to get together in one home in a long visit through which the family members communicate, advise and remind one another and they exchange gifts and thus affection embraces everyone.
Unfortunately, some Muslims void Eid from its purposes just as they void this religion from its real sense.
Eid is few days of innocent joy, however in some countries it turns into an opportunity of sinning, mingling between men and women and obscene acts.

Muslims should be a source of peace and goodness in Eid:

Dear brothers, what words do you say in Eid?

“A person may utter a word that he finds nothing wrong with it, but he falls thereby seventy years in Hell-Fire.”

[Narrated by At-Tirmithi on authority of Abu Hurairah]

Do you say a word of abasement, backbiting and tale-bearing?

'Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) said:

I said to the Prophet (PBUH): "Such and such thing of Safiyyah (May Allah be pleased with her) is sufficient for you." (She means to say that she was a woman with a short stature). He said, "You have indeed uttered a word which would pollute the sea if it were mixed in it."

[Abu Dawud on the authority of ‘Aishah].

Words of abasement, backbiting, tale-bearing, arrogance and haughtiness should not be said in Eid.
The more humble man is, the higher his status will be in the Eyes of Allah.
We have a good example in the prophet PBUH, for he was respected by everyone who saw him, and he was loved by everyone who he dealt with.
You should follow the prophet’s steps as well and be a source of peace and goodness to your fellow Muslims.
Rejoicing Eid doesn’t mean in any way forgetting our blues, for the Islamic nation is suffering, but rather Eid should be an awakening call to all of us:

﴾ And whatever of misfortune befalls you, it is because of what your hands have earned. And He pardons much.  ﴿

[Ash-Shurah, 30]

Eid days are like an oasis in a desert which brings back some of the sacred concepts to Muslims.
Man should establish religious relations with others:
Dear brothers, our success lies in admitting that our bad shape as a nation is due to our mistakes starting with considering the following Hadith:

“No slip, nor tremble of a vein, nor a scratch of a stick is but from what your hands have earned, and what Allâh pardons is much more.”

[Reported by Ibn Asaker from Al_Barâ’]

In addition to the big ordeals Muslims suffer.
The one who doesn’t learn from his ordeal is someone who is afflicted in   his own self.
Why don’t we mention the Lord of heaven and the earth, The Creator and The One to Whom is our return in our meetings?
What do you learn from religious sessions? What do you learn from sermons? Strive to make these meetings as religious communication.
This of course doesn’t mean to be morose, but rather you may have fun and joy in life, for I hate to see this religion offered to others boorishly.
We shouldn’t be consumed in life’s mazes, blues and sadness, and we shouldn’t   indulge  in its pleasures by sinning and displeasing Allah The Almighty:

﴾ And remind (by preaching the Qur'an, O Muhammad ) for verily, the reminding profits the believers. ﴿

[Adh-Dhariyat, 55]

“… And (saying) a good word is also Sadaqa”

[Agreed upon on the authority of Abu Hurairah]

The concepts of Eid confirm the greatness of this religion:

Dear brothers, the religious and social concepts of Eid embrace extended meanings, and they fill the heart with confidence regarding the greatness of this religion.
Dear brothers, there are believers who are certain that the Muslim has the potential to do whatever he wills though the obstacles might be countless.
Allah the Almighty says:

﴾ Verily, those who believed, and emigrated and strove hard and fought with their property and their lives in the Cause of Allah as well as those who gave (them) asylum and help,﴿

[Al-Anfal, 72]

﴾ - these are (all) allies to one another.﴿

[Al-Anfal, 72]

This trait describes the believers who collaborate and communicate with each other, advise one another and who are selfless towards each other:

Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, said,

'My love is obliged for those who love each other in Me, and those who sit with each other in Me, and those who visit each other in Me, and those who give to each other generously in Me.'

[At Tirmizi by Abi Idris Al Kholani]

Mu'adh (bin Jabal) (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said,

"Allah, the Exalted, has said: 'For those who love one another for the sake of My Glory, there will be seats of light (on the Day of Resurrection), and they will be envied by the Prophets and martyrs".

[Ahmad on the authority of Ubadah Bin As Samit].

﴾ Verily, those who believed, and emigrated and strove hard and fought with their property and their lives in the Cause of Allah as well as those who gave (them) asylum and help,﴿

[Al-Anfal, 72]

These are their traits:

﴾ - these are (all) allies to one another.﴿

[Al-Anfal, 72]

They are as one, for they offer advice to one another, they consult other believers and they collaborate with each other.

Others plan to impoverish, mislead and humiliate Muslims:

The big surprise lies in the rest of the Ayah:

﴾ And those who disbelieve are allies to one another﴿

[Al-Anfal, 73]

The disbelievers plot against Muslims and they spend nights planning to impoverish, mislead, corrupt, humiliate and annihilate Muslims.
They didn’t blink when they killed one million (in Iraq), when they left another million disabled and when they displaced  another 5 millions.
After all that they said: “O sorry we were misinformed and it was a mistake”. Their victims were 7 millions and this nation was destroyed for a 100 years to come, yet they claimed that they were misinformed.

﴾ And those who disbelieve are allies to one another﴿

[Al-Anfal, 73]

I will never forget Rwanda in South Africa where there was a civil war, at that time 800 thousand person were slaughtered in two weeks, yet the president of the united states who resided the black house (not  the white house) at the time said: “If we had interfered, we would have saved 400 thousand person, but we didn’t”.
They left 7 million victims in Iraq because they were misinformed (as they claimed), and they tortured people, destroyed cities, despoiled museums and wrecked the entire country.

Disbelievers ally to one another:

﴾ And those who disbelieve are allies to one another﴿

[Al-Anfal, 73]

The western countries collaborate and they combine into one though they have only 5% of common denominators between them, and on the other hand, Muslims shed blood though they have 95% of common denominators between them.
This is a stigma, but why I am mentioning this?
I did so because of the following words in the second Ayah, for Allah says:

﴾ (And) if you (Muslims of the whole world collectively) do not do so (i.e. become allies, as one united block with one Khalifah - chief Muslim ruler for the whole Muslim world to make victorious Allah's Religion of Islamic Monotheism), there will be Fitnah (wars, battles, polytheism, etc.) and oppression on earth, and a great mischief and corruption (appearance of polytheism).﴿

[Al-Anfal, 73]

To what does “do so” refer?
The Ayah that comes next goes as follows:

﴾ And those who disbelieve are allies to one another,  (and) if you (Muslims of the whole world collectively) do not do so (i.e. become allies, as one united block with one Khalifah - chief Muslim ruler for the whole Muslim world to make victorious Allah's Religion of Islamic Monotheism), there will be Fitnah (wars, battles, polytheism, etc.) and oppression on earth, and a great mischief and corruption (appearance of polytheism).﴿

[Al-Anfal, 73]

“if you do not do so” refers to the former Ayah entirely:

﴾ Verily, those who believed, and emigrated and strove hard and fought with their property and their lives in the Cause of Allah as well as those who gave (them) asylum and help,  - these are (all) allies to one another.﴿

[Al-Anfal, 72]

This means: unless you are like this, then you will suffer the following:

﴾There will be Fitnah (wars, battles, polytheism, etc.) and oppression on earth, and a great mischief and corruption (appearance of polytheism).﴿

[Al-Anfal, 73]

Muslims now are suffering just as described in the Ayah.

The battle with our enemies  is a battle of existence:

Allah says:

﴾ Indeed, they planned their plot, and their plot was with Allah, though their plot was a great (one, still) it would never be able to remove the mountains (real mountains or the Islamic law) from their places (as it is of no importance) So think not that Allah will fail to keep His Promise to His Messengers. Certainly, Allah is All-Mighty, - All-Able of Retribution.﴿

[Ibrahim, 46-47]

﴾ Not the least harm will their cunning do to you. Surely, Allah surrounds all that they do.﴿

[Aal-‘Imran, 120]

The west owns the upper hand over Muslims, and they are using their aircraft carriers, Intercontinental ballistic missiles, biological weapons, chemical weapons and phosphoric weapons against them, given the effects of red phosphorus stays for 4000 years in the soil yet they used them to bomb Islamic states and caused contamination that won’t go from the soil for 4000 years.
They used millions of cluster bombs in Lebanon.
They own the satellites, the media, the wealth and the alliances.

﴾ And those who disbelieve are allies to one another,﴿

[Al-Anfal, 73]

﴾ (And) if you (Muslims of the whole world collectively) do not do so (i.e. become allies, as one united block with one Khalifah - chief Muslim ruler for the whole Muslim world to make victorious Allah's Religion of Islamic Monotheism)﴿

[Al-Anfal, 73]

Unless Muslim believers, offer Hijrah, strive for the cause of Allah with their money and selves and give asylum and help to one another, there will be a great mischief and battles in the land.
Dear brothers, we should wake up from our coma, for our battle with the enemy is a battle of existence, a battle against  impoverishment, a battle against corruption and a battle against mischief.
All these TV channels are meant to be there for Muslims so that they will be corrupted.

Sectarian, religious and doctrinal conflicts are used against Muslims:

Dear brothers, Eid is an opportunity for us to offer advice to one another, to collaborate with each other, to be charitable, to show affection, to communicate and to cure the hearts.
Dear brothers, Muslims must avoid any controversial issue, why is that?
Allah says:

﴾ Verily, Fir'aun (Pharaoh) exalted himself in the land and made its people sects, weakening (oppressing) a group (i.e. Children of Israel) among them, killing their sons, and letting their females live. Verily, he was of the Mufsidun (i.e. those who commit great sins and crimes, oppressors, tyrants, etc.). ﴿

[Al-Qasas, 7]

He made its people as sects. This means that this is the only working plan in the hands of oppressors.
The sectarian commotion is the winning card in the hands of the oppressors, so how can we fight it? We do so by being alert, by collaborating with each other, by communicating and by showing affection.

Muslims should avoid controversial issues:

Being wise, faithful, patriotic, humanitarian and religious prevents us from getting involved in any controversial issue.
We need to bridge the gaps and become as one.
What did the prophet PBUH say when he entered Madina?
He said unbelievable words, given in Madina there were the tribes of Aws and Khazraj (who are Muslims), the infidels, the Jews, The Christians, The Bedouins and the immigrants from Quraish, and thus the first     Constitution of Medina was written by the prophet PBUH and in which he emphasizes:
“The people of Yathrib (Al-Madinah) are one nation they live one peace and one war”
Jews have their religion  and we have ours.
This means that when you live in a society, you should communicate with all  its members.
There are common denominators and there are challenges, so for example if there is a lack of water, all the members of the society will be affected, or if there is a disease like AIDS for example, all people will be harmed, and if there is corruption all social classes will be in danger.
People in a society have common denominators, interests, needs and challengers, and due to that they should collaborate with one another regardless their beliefs, faith, principles, values and religions, and they should be one mass facing all that.
In contemporary terminology they call it “coexistence” or they call it “National Unity”.
Countries can’t be in good order without the principles that were set up by the prophet PBUH on the first day of his arrival to Madina when he said PBUH:
The people of Yathrib (Al-Madinah) are one nation, though they are different in their backgrounds.

Dear brothers, I ask Allah the Almighty to fill your days with joy, prosperousness, strong family bonds and affection.
Muslims are tired of disunity, hypocrisy and disputes.
We should stand firmly in order to plan for our future.

I say my words asking Allah’s forgiveness for me and for you, so ask his forgiveness as those are forgiven are those who prosper.

*       *        *

The second Khutbah:

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds and I testify that there is no god but Allah Alone the supporter of the pious, and I testify that Sayyidina Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, is the Messenger of Allah, the Master of everything created and of mankind, O Allah bless and grant peace to our Master Muhammad, his folks and companions.

You are your own obstacle in the way of your improvement

Dear brothers, I have received a very nice letter that was sent to the employees of a company and it goes as follows:
“Dear employee, a colleague of yours has passed away. This person was an obstacle in the way of your progress and a barrier between you and your promotion, superiority and communal affection, so all of us should give condolences to this employee whose corpse is put in one of our rooms for last look”.    A team then led the event and started bringing in the employees one by one to that room.  When the employees looked inside the coffin, they were surprised to find that there was a mirror that reflects their own faces.
This means that the only person, who stands between you and your progress, between you and being a hero, between you and being a great person, between you and being a fighter, between you and being glorious and between you being an Ummah, is you.

﴾ Verily, Ibrahim (Abraham) was an Ummah(a leader having all the good righteous qualities) ﴿

[An-Nahl, 120]

You are your own obstacle.
No matter how challenging the conditions, the circumstances, the obstacles, the distractions, the plots and the corruption are, you have the ability to become great person.
I remember a story of a person from a small village around Aleppo who wanted to get an education.   He travelled to  to   Aleppo on foot because he didn’t own the  money  needed to use a bus.
He arrived in Aleppo and he worked using physical, tiring labor in   restaurants until he earned the money to travel to Damascus.
When he arrived in Damascus, he continued his education and in order to support himself, he worked as a teacher in a private school
This story took place 50 years ago, and this man died as a dean of a university in Damascus.

Man’s decision will come to pass if it is taken with full will and faith:

The decision man takes about his destiny will come to pass if this decision is taken with a strong will and faith.
Back to the letter I told you about: when the employees looked inside the coffin and found the mirror, they realized that they are the only obstacle in the way of their progress and they are the reason behind their own failure, laziness and being lagged behind.
Who prevents you from being honest?
Who prevents you from being trustworthy?
Who prevents you from being chaste wherever you reside?
Who prevents you from having transcendent morals?
Who prevents you from being a good father?
Who prevents you from being a loving mother?
Who prevents you from being a faithful wife?
Unfortunately, Muslims relinquished the obligations imposed by Allah upon them, and they followed insignificant matters for which they were not created.

Every disaster is the outcome of opposing Allah’s method:

Dear brothers, I advise you (including myself) to point the finger of blame towards yourself in any set back you have.
Be brave and don’t overlook your problems, but rather you should face them.
You are the only reason of your failure, laziness and sinning.
There is a rule that is followed by the criminal security when there is a crime: “Look for the woman” because most likely, women are the reason of competition between men, and thus they are the reason behind any crime.
Much in the same line, your rule should be that you are the reason behind any failure you face.
Accusing your own self proves your sanity and cleverness.
“Look for the woman”, this rule means find the sin that was committed.
When you fail to achieve your goals, then there must be a sin you committed that prevented you from achieving them.
When you suffer domestic disputes, this means that you committed a sin because of which your home turns into hell.
When you can’t get along with your wife, look for the sin you committed.
Remember that every disaster on earth is but because of opposing Allah’s Method.
Every opposition to Allah’s Method is but a result of being ignorant and ignorance is the worst enemy of man, given the ignorant person harms himself in ways that are worse than the ways his enemy will hurt him with.

Reconciling with Allah is our only way to defeat our enemies:

We fooled ourselves when we considered colonization, Zionism, Israel and oppressors as the reasons behind our bad condition, for we are the reason and we are the enemy of our own selves. Our enemies’ power is fed on our weakness, disunity and ignorance.
We should wake up from our coma.
Muslims are in substantial  trouble, for the entire world is plotting against them, and they waged a third world war against all Muslims in the five continents.
Reconciling with Allah, turning back to Allah’s Method and loving each other is our only way out:

Narrated Mus`ab bin Sa`d:
Once Sa`d (bin Abi Waqqas) thought that he was superior to those who were below him in rank. On that the Prophet (PBUH) said,

"You gain no victory or livelihood except through (the blessings and invocations of) the poor amongst you."

[Al Bukhari on the authority of Mus’ab bin Sa’d]

Unless you feel great happiness upon feeding a hungry person or clothing a needy man, you are not a Muslim.
Is it acceptable that they built a 100 million dollars hotel in one of the Islamic states, while the children of Ghazza are starving to death?
I admire a Fatwa in one of the Islamic states which goes as follows: The money of the Udhiyah (sacrificed animals) shall go to the children of Ghaza if they were able to send the money to them.
They are literally starving in Ghaza.
You enjoy your life, your children are around you, your house is warm and you own a car to go for picnics and people may worry in what hotel they should spend Eid, while there are people starving to death and lacking the basic necessities such as  electricity.
If this Muslim can’t feel the suffering of the other Muslims then we are doomed as an Umma.
Is it acceptable that   an Arabic country (Sudan), which is very big (2.5 million square kilometers) and whose soil is the best in the world for planting and through which the longest river in the world (Nile River) passes, given 4 fifth of its water pours into the sea, yet the people suffer despite the potential of feeding the entire Islamic world (if Sudan’s soil is planted)?

Muslims should avoid whatever makes them apart:

Now let me give you this stunning fact: 3000 billion dollars of Muslims’ money are deposited in western banks; is this a reliable nation?
Don’t accuse the west of Muslim’s failure. The enemy is very smart and they are opportunistic. They feed on our weakness, disunity and enmity.
Muslims have wars between one another though they have 95 % of common denominators among them, while the west is unified.
I was in Germany once in a vehicle and suddenly we were told that we were  in Holland, I couldn’t believe it and I asked for a proof. . They told me to look atthe color of the car’s plates, for it is white in Germany and yellow in Holland. Europe became one land that you can’t tell a country from the other, they have one currency (Euro), they have a united passport, and one visa to entire Europe, given they suffered long wars for hundreds of years between them, and they have vast variety of sects, nationalities and enmities, however they find their best interest in being unified.
On the other hand, we (Muslims) fight one another over Taraweeh: Is it 8 or 20 Ruk’ats?
Is Tashahud  done like this or like that?
Muslims in the west reflect this disunity, for you may find 3 kinds of Mosques, one for every school of thought, and they don’t fast on the same day in Ramadan, but each one fasts on different day. They reflect Muslims disunity even in the direction of Qiblah for they have two different directions in the United States one of them is directed towards Mecca from one side and another is directed to it from the opposite side.
Unfortunately, this is the condition of Muslims and it hurts.
It is about time to put all these differences behind our backs.
A person asked me on air how many Rak’ats in Taraweeh? I answered him: pray 8, 12, 18, 20 at home, in the mosque, or even never pray, there will be no problem, enough with this disunity.
Dear brothers, we are in Eid now, and Eid is a few days of communication, love, charity, sacrifice and family affection.
The prophet PBUH said about Aishah:

The prophet PBUH said:

((I was endowed with her love))

[Mentioned in relic]

Loving your wife is a sign of your faith, and loving an unlawful woman instead of your wife is a sign of sinning and Kufr.
This is the problem of Muslims.

Supplication:

We beseech you Allah to show us the way of rightness, together with those to whom You have showed it; and give us good health, together with those whom You have healed; and be our Protector, together with those for whom You have become their Protector; and bless us in what You have bestowed on us and save us from the afflictions that You have decreed, for You rule with justice and You are never judged. He whom You protect shall never be humiliated and he whom You make enemy shall never be exalted. Blessed and dignified are You, and we thank You for what You have decreed.
We seek your forgiveness and we repent our bad deeds.
O, Allah guide us to perform good deeds, for You are the Only One who guides to the best of deeds, O Allah guide us to acquire best conducts, for You are the Only One who guides to the best of morals.
O, Allah make us do well in the religion which is our dignity and make our lives good for it is our living and make us safe on the day of judgment for it is our final destination please make the life our supply for all good things and make the death a rest from every evil our master the Lord of all worlds.
O, Allah please make us with what You have made lawful needless of what You have made unlawful and make us with Your benevolence independent of all others.
O, Allah raise high the word of truth and religion, grant victory to Islam, and dignity to Muslims and give them triumph all over the world and in all lands.
O Allah show us your Omnipotence over your enemies You are the Most Generous.
