Birth, family, and education:

He was raised up in a well-educated, family. His father was one of the religious scholars of Damascus city who preached in its Masajid and left a large collection of books including some manuscripts.
He completed his primary, intermediate and secondary education in Damascus, then he studied at Teacher Training Collage, from which he graduated in 1956. After that, he studied Arabic Literature at the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences, at Damascus University, and he got his B.A. in 1964. Then he joint the Faculty of Education in Damascus University. He finished his higher studies there, getting a Diploma of Teacher Training with excellent degree. He got a Ph.D. in Education from Trinity College on June 18, 1999 for his achievements, experiences and works in the field of education.
He got the Honorary Doctorate from the American Open Learning University for Islamic and Arabic Sciences in a special ceremony that was held in Amman on July 27, 2015, as an appreciation of his efforts in serving Da'wah.   

Profession: 

From 1969 to 1999, he worked as a secondary school teacher, then he moved to teach at the Faculty of Education in Damascus University. After that, he was appointed as a lecturer of Scientific Inimitability of the Noble Quran and Prophetic Sunnah at the faculties of Islamic Law and Fundamentals of Islamic Religion at Al-Azhar University in its branch Al-Fath Al-Islami Institute in Damascus. Also, he worked as a teacher of Islamic Creed in Omdurman Islamic University (OIU) in its branch at Abi An-Noor Complex in Damascus. In addition, he worked as a teacher of the Fundamentals of Education at Tripoli Islamic University. 
He wrote several books and co-wrote many other books about his major at the university. The most prominent book is Incidents from Life, which became the reading text book for the third secondary course (for both the literary and the scientific students). The book was taught for about 10 years. 
He was a co-writer of The Teaching Arabic Methodology for post-graduates (Diploma of Teacher Training) at the Faculty of Education, Damascus University. He also has written many other books related to his major.

He studied Islamic Law when he was still young, so he attended lectures given by a number of religious scholars in Damascus. He also studied the interpretation of the Noble Quran, Prophetic Sunnah, Islamic Fiqh (Jurisprudence), Sirah (the Prophetic Biography), Fara'id (Islamic Obligations). 
He got an Islamic Award in Prophetic Hadith Narration from his professor at the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences, Dr. Sheikh Subhi As-Saleh,  professor of Quran Sciences, Al-Hadith Sciences and Linguistics in Damascus University. 

Da'wah Activities in Syria: 

In 1974, he was appointed as an orator in the Masjid of his grandfather, Sheikh Abdul Ghani Al-Nabulsi. He started to teach in this Masjid many lessons of different topics, such as lessons of Islamic Creed, the interpretation of the Noble Quran, the interpretation of the Prophetic Sunnah, Fiqh, Sirah and so on. Those lessons were influential, and Da'wah activity was getting greater and wider in Masjid Al-Nabulsi to such an extent that knowledge seekers from different spots of Damascus and Damascus Countryside attended the lessons, making the Masjid crowded. Upon the requests of the knowledge seekers, he started to give Islamic lessons in other well-known Masajid in Damascus and Damascus Countryside. Also, he became one of the orators of Greater Umayyad Masjid for a considerable period of time.  
He answered many invitations to deliver lectures in most of the cultural centers in the Syrian Arab Republic. He taught Islamic Creed for the course of non-Arab Imams and preachers for three years at the Faculty of Fundamentals of Religion of Omdurman University in Abi An-Noor Complex in Damascus. Furthermore, he delivered many lectures to the non-Arab Imams and preachers who used to come to Damascus from various Islamic regions. He also played a major role making the Scientific Inimitability of the Quran included in the curricula of Al-Fath Al-Islamic Institute, and his book Encyclopedia of Scientific Inimitability of the Noble Quran becomes the course for this subject. He taught this subject for a long time at Al-Fath Al-Islami Institute, and his students have been teaching it after him up till now. 
He was actively working on establishing an Islamic complex including an institute for young people, a public high school and an Islamic university ... The beginning was the establishment of the Noble Quran Memorization Institute, which had a significant impact on raising a generation of young Muslims, known for their diverse culture and disciplined behavior. This generation have the major active role in teaching at this institute and managing its administration at present. 
Nowadays, the Institute includes more than 500 males and female students of all ages coming from different areas in Damascus and its countryside. It also includes a civilized entertaining  center in the complex for the students of the Institute. The centre has swimming pools, playgrounds and various other special activities, so that the Islamic teaching and the moral behavior merges with the disciplined entertainment to achieve various positive results required from the educational institution. 

Dr. Nabulsi, then worked on achieving his second goal which is the establishment of an Islamic high school, but he faced many obstacles since 1990 until his dream came true in 2006, when Sheikh Abdul Ghani Al-Nabulsi official Islamic school for male and female students started its educational mission including about 500 students. With this achievement, the Masjid of Sheikh Abdul Ghani Al-Nabulsi tuned from a Masjid where the men of the neighborhood used to perform their Salah into a scientific beacon that is considered one of the most important Islamic lighthouses in Syria and the region. This beacon is officially called Sheikh Abdul Ghani Al-Nabulsi Complex for Islamic Sciences, whose founder was keen on choosing a group of qualified and dedicated teachers who has a message that aims at raising a generation who are famous for knowledge and steadfastness. As a result, the Islamic high school has become distinguished in a short time, and it has become at top among other Islamic schools in Syria due to its high scientific results and its moral impact. Efforts are still paid to establish a sophisticated Islamic university.

His Da'wah Activities Abroad: 

Dr. Nabulsi represented Syria in many conferences stating from 1993. One of these conferences: the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization – ISESCO conference which was held in Rabat in 1999. Also, he participated in the Family Conference, which was held in Abu Dhabi in 1998, he participated in the Islamic Fiqh Conference, which was held in USA, Detroit, he participated in the two Muslim Youth Conferences, which were held in Los Angeles in 1998 and in 1999 and he participated in the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs conference, which was held in Cairo in 1999, 2005 and 2006. 

Furthermore, he participated in the 8th Islamic Baraka Symposium for Islamic economy, which was held in Damascus in 1999, he participated in the 6th World Conference of Scientific Inimitability of the Noble Quran and Sunnah, which was held in Beirut in 2000, he participated in the Endowment Experiments Symposium in the Levant, which was held in Damascus 2000, he  participated in the conference of the Endowment Ministers in the Islamic World, which was held in Malaysia in 2002. 

Dr. Nabulsi participated in the Social Upbringing Conference, which was held in Damascus, and he prepared the document about the role of the religious institutions in social upbringing in 2005. Also, he participated in the Hashemite Councils in Jordan Amman for several years, and he participated in the Noble Quran Award in Dubai for several years as well.
He responded to several invitations to give presentations in many Arab countries such as Libya, Algeria, Oman, Bahrain, Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. He represented Syria at the Population Conference, which was held in Bali, Indonesia, in 2007, and he represented Syria at the Population Conference, which was held in Cairo in 2008, when he played a major role in revealing the vicious goals of the conference, criticizing them, and drawing the attention of the Ummah to the dangers of what was put forward in the conference. He participated in the 4th International Islamic Forum in Algeria in 2008, and he responded to the invitation of the International Scientific Inimitability Commission in Algeria in 2009. 
He responded to the invitation of the German Government. He went there with official personnel, and he met there university, religious and political leaders. Also, he delivered a speech in the German Parliament.  
Dr. Nabulsi  responded to the invitation of the Chinese Government to visit Beijing to see the conditions of the Muslims in China with official personnel. Also, he responded to the official invitation to visit Saudi Arabia, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Yemen Republic and the Sudan Republic. In addition, he responded to the official invitation to visit the Guinea Republic.
Dr. Nabulsi responded to the several invitations of citizens to give lectures in many states in the United States of America. Also, he responded to an invitation to give lectures in Australia for several years. 
He responded the invitation of the Muslim Community in France several times, the invitation of the Muslim Community in Germany, the invitation of the Muslim Community in Istanbul for several years, the invitation of the Muslim Community in Switzerland and the invitation of the Muslim Community in Sweden. Dr. Nabulsi gave lectures in several cities in Lebanon.

His Works: 

•    The Interpretation of the Noble Quran is one of Al-Nabulsi's books (10 volumes), he has written the Encyclopedia of Allah's Most Beautiful Names (4 volumes), and he has written the Encyclopedia of the Scientific Miracles of the Noble Quran and Prophetic Sunnah (2 volumes). Also, he has written Our Children are the Trump Card (2 volumes). 

•    He wrote other books, such as Outlooks on Islam,  Contemplations on Islam,  Glimpses on Islam, Constituents of Divine Assignment, When is Allah's Victory? Faith Spring, Allah's Call to Believers, The Laws of the Noble Quran, and The Way of the Repentant.   
 
•    Al-Nabulsi wrote booklets, including: Fruitful Interviews with Sheikh Ash-Sha'rawi, Al-Isra wal Mi'raj (The Prophet's Night Journey and Ascension to Heaven), Al-Hijrah (The Prophet's Immigration), Al-Hajj (The Pilgrimage), The Tolerance of Islam and the Humanity of Muhammad (A Response to the Pope). Some of these booklets have 20 editions. 

His Articles in Newspapers and Magazines: 

He has a number of articles on Islamic topics in all the editions of Nahj Al-Islam magazine, which is published in Damascus (he is one of its editors), Minbar Ad-Da’iyat magazine, which is issued in Beirut, Al-Mira magazine, which is issued in London, in the Danish newspaper Copenhagen Post and in a number of other newspapers issued in Damascus.    
He has a number of articles and discussions published in Arabic and International newspapers, such as Al-Muslimoon, issued in London, Al-I’tidal, issued by the Syrian Community in America, and Ad-Diyar, issued by the Arab Community in Australia- Sydney. 

The NGOs he founded and participated in:

Al-Nabulsi is a founder member of Combating Smoking and Harmful Substances Society in Syria, and he is the chairman of Children's Rights Society in Syria.

1-    Nabulsi Encyclopedia of Islamic Sciences:

It is addressed to Muslims, and it includes his speeches and lectures about Islamic Creed, the interpretation of the Noble Quran, the interpretation of the Prophetic Hadith, the Sirah,  Islamic education and Islamic topics. Also, it contains about 250.000 pages. Its topics are written in seven sites, two of them are written in Russian and Persian, and they will be issued soon, and other five are written in Arabic, English, French, Chinese and Spanish.
