In the Name of Allah, The Most Gracious, Most Merciful

A lesson to learn regarding your job:

Dear noble brothers, do you think there is anyone on earth dearer to Allah than the Allah's Messenger PBUH?

He is the dearest to Allah, yet when the Prophet PBUH migrated, he used all available means: he took the coastal route, hid in the cave of Thawr, assigned someone to erase his tracks, another to bring him news, a third to bring him food and he prioritized competence and experience over loyalty by hiring a skilled and experienced tracker, even though he was Mushrik (polytheist). Hence, he used all available means.

If the Master of mankind and the dearest to Al-Haqq (i.e. Allah) used all available means out of proper etiquette with Allah, is it rational for us not to prepare against our enemy and instead sleep in broad daylight? We act this way and then we invoke Allah, saying, "O Lord, defeat them, for they cannot escape you." This is a mistake, and in contemporary terms it is called "Strategic error".

This lesson (learned from the prophet PBUH) is directly related to your job.

One may say, "There is no purchasing power", yet others sell despite the economic depression, because they used all available means: they choose high-quality goods, set reasonable prices and provide good service.

Accustom yourself to pointing the finger of blame at yourself instead of blaming the Qada' and Qadar (Divine Decree and Divine Will). Point the finger of blame at yourself, so that you may overcome problems and difficulties.

True success lies in facing the problems rather than evading them. In fact, those who are easily tempted; the ones of weak faith, evade problems, attributing them to Qada' and Qadar.

Praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds
