In the Name of Allah, The Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Some indications of time in the Noble Quran:
Dear brothers, an indication of time in the Noble is mentioned in Allah's following Ayah:
﴾ And march forth in the way (which leads to) forgiveness from your Lord, and for Paradise as wide as are the heavens and the earth, prepared for Al-Muttaqun (the pious). ﴿
﴾ And march forth… ﴿
It means: race forward and strive ahead.
Imagine a moving walkway, and people are walking on it; this is how the flow of time looks like. If you step off the walkway and stand still, you may think you are stationary, while in reality, you are not just standing still, but rather you are falling behind, because the movement continues.
Every human being has righteous deeds, such as worshipping Allah, performing good deeds, fasting, calling others to Allah, spending in His Cause, feeding the hungry, clothing the needy, or caring for orphans. The righteous deed is an action, so whoever has no deeds is standing still, and by standing still, he falls behind.
Keep in mind that your position in Allah's Sight is determined by your righteous deeds, and the clause "And march forth" carries an indication of time, which should be used in things that please Allah the Almighty.
Beware, there is a difference between the prudent person and the intelligent one; not every intelligent person is prudent.
Let me explain: You may hold the highest degrees in the world, and you may have a doctorate from the most advanced country in nuclear physics, but if you do not realize the secret of your existence, the purpose of your creation, that you have been created for Jannah, and that this world is a place of working and striving, then you are intelligent, but not prudent.
Not every intelligent person is prudent. Intelligent people are many, and Allah the Almighty grants health, intellect, wealth, and beauty to many of His servants. However, He grants tranquility and peace of mind only in measure to His pure, believing servants.
